What a Summer?!?!

WOW! It has been a Space-tacular Summer so far! But, before we look back, let's look forward!

On Monday, July 8th, our Tweens (5th - 8th Graders) will use old Cds and DVDs to make Galaxy Spinners. We will have Sharpies, Markers, and stickers for decorating and marbles to make them spin.

On Monday, July 15th, our Teens (9th - 12th Graders) will have their turn to be Master of their own Galaxy!

Both  programs will be at 11 am!

Now, to look back. This Summer, we have had snakes, buzzards, puppets, owls, and an inflatable! We have seen lots of smiles on adults and heard joyful squeals from our kids. It has been a great Summer.

One of the biggest reasons for our success this Summer is our Teen Volunteers. We are blessed here at Magee to have an amazing group of young men and women that help with everything we do during the summer. They come early to set up, participate during the programs, help things from getting too crazy, and then stay late to clean up. We could not do what we do without them!

We can't wait to see what July will bring!
